Dwarozh Typical Secondary School was opened by Kurdistan Save Children Organization in 2004-2005.The school’s name was “Gasha” and it was for those that are coming back from aboard. At first it had eleven different levels; it begins from first year primary school to class eleven. In 2005-2006 the ministry of education took the responsibility of this school from Kurdistan Save Children. According to the ministry’s law primary school separated from secondary school. The secondary school contains six levels from class seven to twelve. In the year 2007-2008 and in accordance to the ministry of education’s decision the school becomes a typical school named “Dwarozh” typical Secondary School”. This is done by opening two classes for the first level (class seven).The conditions for acceptance were the student should be graduated from first attempt by obtaining no less than 90 percentages as a total average and passing grade should be no less than 70 in each lesson. The school’s system is a typical system and the study is in English. The materials that are told in this school are “English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Art, Religion, Kurdish, Arabic, Social Study, Math’s, Theatre, Music, Computer, Sports and Human Rights. Besides class seven has Germany lesson as an additional material. Also the school contains starter’s class for learning Kurdish, Arabic and English languages.
